Halloweeners Update

Hello my fellow Halloweeners,

Yesterday I went to visit my "frighthening  friend" Karina. And verily I say unto you: it was just that! Frighteningly funny actually!

On top of the to-do list was that Sander would build a huge tent in the livingroom.

And while Sander was busy remodelling (complete with mattress, pillows and blankets) Karina and I started with the oh-so important, H'ween cookies. Sugar cookies with icing, it don't get more Halloweenier than that!

Lara was the head cookie-cutter for a while, and Julia piled the icing on top of them. We even managed to get an accidental seahorse shaped cookie out of it.

After the cookies were made, plastered and put away, it was time to make space for dinner. Or as the Koot sisters called it: eating with the tiny pans!

Soon after we were finished stuffing our faces, it was time for the kiddies to go to bed. We watched a few hilarious vids on Youtube, and here is where it gets really scary; for Karina and I thought it was only fair to keep the tradition alive, and we decided to do our make up...

We went into a few chatrooms to show off the fruits of our labour, and to see if we could throw some people off, but we ended up brushing up on our French, and making fun of the true weirdo's in there.

Movie time had arrived, and oh boy, were we in for a treat!

First in line was: Paranormal (Paranominaminilly) Activity 2.  I personally didn't think much of the first movie, Karina thought the first one was better, and Sander, well...Sander heard noises and turned on all the lights after about 5 minutes into the movie.
Second one: Last House on the Left. This is a great movie, the best one we watched. A lil depressing here and there, but the gore and the thrill really makes this movie. Perfect H'ween movie, great ending!!!!! (EWW!!!)
To our surprise we were pretty awake still (guess that last movie really got our adrenaline pumping. That, and the endless flow of sugarcookies and cola) and Karina told about this other movie, grosser than the one we had just watched. And quite surprisingly, it turned out she had it: Antichrist. Oh em gee, do NOT watch this one alone (if you ever make it past the first hour). Truly a weirrrrrrrd movie, and you might wanna have a bucket and a blindfold ready.

Happy Halloween, you freaks!
