Ermahgerd, ern erpdate!

Finally some time and more important: some inspiration to write!
Since my last entry things have kinda been rough, so much so that I totally spazzed and forgot to post about the Elf Fantasy Fair this year! Here's a tiny recap:

Except for some rain here and there, we once again had an AWESOME time! Plans for next year are already in the making ;-)

* After the Elf Fantasy Fair I kind of starting falling apart. Hey, we can't all be strong ALL the time, can we? My trip to the USA made up for a lot, but once back home not only were my dear sweet cats waiting for me, less nice things were here waiting for me, too.

It took some time and some effort, and somehow I have managed to overcome it all (again)! I could not have done it without the help from my family and friends, so thank you all, you really are the best and I love you very, VERY much. I'm super serial! <3

* A few weeks ago we had our second annual "Mother&Daughter&Granddaughter Day" which also included my awesome aunt! After a somewhat sleepless night (my older sister was supposed to stay the night, but she never showed up; turned out she had other plans and 'forgot'(?) to tell me) we went to the beach in Scheveningen and the fun times COMMENCED!

* It is around this time 3 weeks ago that I met my knight in shining armour, my oddball in tinfoil, call it what you want, he's the shizzle!! It's like we are incredibly in sync with eachother, it's like second nature to be around him; it's nothing I have ever really experienced before. It's unbelievable, I feel so lucky! He even likes my weird ways, my random internet and/or movie quotes and sense of humour. . .should be worried? ;-)

One of the best things about him is his velcro wallet which strongly reminded me of 'Crazy, Stupid, Love'. He finally parted with it and traded it in for a more formal one, sans velcro, with the coin for the shopping cart tucked away separately, mind you. That, and he did the dishes for me. Twice. I think you catch my drift, right?

* And now, for my grande finalé, I have some very exciting news! My sweet baby sister, aka 'Piglet', aka 'Queen', aka 'Bestestestest Kid Sister in the World', IS GETTING MARRIED!!!!!! And guess who gets to me the Maid of Honour? YES, ME! I think I'm going to go all 'Amy Farrah Fowler' on her! The date hasn't been set yet, but I'll be sure to keep you posted!
