What up with thee?

My last post was dedicated to my dear sweet friend Karina, and since then things have not been unlike the Suck-Cut; "Sucking my will to live".
But since life goes on, and oh boy has it gone on, I found that my mind was pouring over with stories, cake, mucus, and some amusing anekdotes that were trying to find their way out (see, it tends to get a little crowded in my head). And so now you may all bear witness of what the dealio has been the last few months.

At first, my new job, where I've been working for almost a year now, is absolutely awesome. As I'm pretty sure my job could easily be done by a trained chimp willing to work for bananas (a trifle less than what I currently earn), thus making me obsolete, my colleagues are nothing like I've ever had. The photographic evidence speaks for itself:

 Dare I say, could it be friendship? It seems they're pretty fond of me too, since they seem really eager to keep me there  :)

Another upcoming and not-so-unimportant event: I am finally going back home this year. Last year I solemnly swore that 2012 is the year that I *will* be going to the USA, and it seems the universe has made it financially possible for me to do so. I am so excited (and scared at the same time) to visit the people and places I have such great memories of. May 24th is just around the corner.

But before all that happens, this is what I yet have to cross off of my 'To-do' list:
* Turn 32 28. Again. To celebrate this I am contemplaiting a most awesome tattoo. Again.
* Surgery. My sinuses have been a complete pain in the...well... head. I had surgery once before, and this one, the day after my said 32nd 28th birthday (and most likely making me miss the premiere of The Hunger Games: not cool), is a whole new ball game. For those of you who didn't flinch during any of the Saw movies and/or Hannibal, I double dog dare you to click on this here link. Consider yourself warned, I sure wish I was...
*Annnnd like every year, this April another Elf Fantasy Fair!! Oh em gee, I'm sooo looking forward to it! My mom and sister are about just as psyched as I am, it'll be the first time we all go both days! Here's a little sneak preev on what I'll be wearing:
