As it just so happens I have been incredibly busy (yes, busier than a one-legged man at an ass-kicking contest). My job, which I still have and like, IS cutting into my social life. It has become more challenging physically too. And on top of that, I have been quite popular these last few weeks, I almost have to fit 'sleeping' and 'eating' into my schedule (shedzjule).
ButT, I have been having alot of fun, with a few hiccups here and there. Been to a couple of movies with mah fwend Karina (we must go again soon), shopping with my lil sissy, shopping and helping my friend Jo move into her new pad, visited the Parental Units once again, home made cookies, lazy afternoons, more movies, cuddles with da kittiez, new Twilight offerings for the beloved shrine, Burger King for lunch at work, more cookies and chocolate cake...the list is endless!!
Sadly, my energy to do all these awesome things, is not. Since I got a cold around this time last year, I've been feeling more and more like I'm moving in slow motion. Which would be totally cool if I really could, but alas, I will have to make do with my redhead-related powers.
The more I do, the tireder (yes, tireder) I get. I got grannies passing me when I'm on my bike, pedaling for dear life.

News like this really puts things into a different perspective. And even though life isn't short - it's the longest thing you'll ever experience - it is too short to sweat the small stuff. It's too short to be waisting our time with details that don't really matter, that no one will remember in a month's time. If there's something you want to do, do it now. Don't waste time fighting, fidgeting, worrying or being mad, don't waste time. Make that bucket list and get your ass in gear!
So, until I know what the hell it is that's making me slower than molasses in January, I will be looking into any and every possibility that will help me get my ass into gear, instead of feeling perpetually stuck in molasses.
Now if only I could get my hands on some of 'Jerimiah Peabody's Polyunsaturated quick-dissolving fast-acting pleasant-tasting Green and Purple pills'...

I keed you not, I was singing the jeremiah song just this week!! And yes, we MUST go to the movies again soon. Soon as we're all done with the H1N1 over here. Great post, love you!
